I have elevator station, but where elevator platform ?

The rail station is the one you need only. Then you connect the rail and railway to the station. After that just build several resource carts and hand carts. they will use it automatically.
If you have the cog drill, you just need a rail to be pass right next to the drill (don't need to build a station there) The resources cart will run there to collect resources automatically and bring back to your storage.
