How to get this one?

I tried drinking before inspecting someone. Didn't work.

I tried drinking after inspecting someone and waiting for them to go back. Didn't work.

I got this Achievement for drink 3 bottles.
Maybe 1 bottle was not enough... I guess?

Do you mean drink before getting their documents, and keep on drinking until you stamp them, or drink until they leave the border checkpoint?

In my case, drink 3 bottles at once, and when inspection done (along with money coming in) the Achievement is unlocked.

If you don't have enough time for check documents, additional vodka may be needed.
(Or maybe you should do inspection first, then drink a lot, and stamp Approve/Denial is best way)

I got this achievement with 5 bottles to be safe. I drank the first one before I opened the gate to receive the car. As your doing your checks make sure you keep drinking bottles. Pretty sure you can’t let your self sober up any point. Make sure your drunk all the way until you get paid.

I used 2 bottles and it was fine. idk if you need to be drunk all the way along though

You have to be under influence for the whole work day while getting perfect score for inspection.

After 30 resets, I got a driver that had nothing wrong, even car damage. I prepared 6 vodka and downed the first one before raising the gate.

First vodka timer went by quickly, downed the 2nd one half way, and noticed that it was slightly slower, then downed the 3rd and it went significantly slower. I downed a 4th one just as I stamped the Accept Entry and watched the car go and got the achievement.

I then checked the timer for the under the influence with drinking 1 vodka. It was about 24 seconds.

I tried to experiment, and found out after the 3rd vodka, the 'under the influence' timer gets significantly longer and stays that way with repeated vodka drinking.

I just received this achievement after staying intoxicated through a single vehicle search. I found contraband in all four possible locations.
