No matter what you try, some archievements still don't work. Traffic stops working all the time, handcuffing people bugs the game out totally. Lots of rubberbanding happening, even though it's just singleplayer. It used to be in a way better spot..

is that possible like does the game keep going after an ending or will i have to fully 100% all upgrades possible in a time frame?
