Wanted criminal

Hi! Can a wanted criminal be 'clean'? I mean, I found a guy looking like the one on the wanted poster, but he doesn't have anything wrong on papers, cargo or car. Could he be a criminal?
L.E.: YES, he was the criminal. But how should I figure out? Only by the photo?

Yep only by the photo that kind of criminals dont have cotraband with them too

^ as the above said, plus the photo will match exactly, including the clothing around the neck as the shirt or jacket & glasses, the finer details matter

Just don't ask me how Wanted several days in advance but knows exactly what they are going to wear on the day they are going to arrive, scary

Yeah, there's no need wasting time going through his papers if he matches the poster on the board. Just arrest him and clear the scene.

Well, I think it is just about luck. I just had another guy that looked like the one on the poster, but he wasn't the one. 🤷🏻‍♀️ even the clothes were the same

Keep in mind that it's not enough that they wear the same hat, have the same beard etc, it also has to be the exact same face.

Hey at least wait until you get the flu regulation then you can "quarantine" anyone that doesn't met the two week requirement, at that point, nobody's innocent.
