help on border post upgrades

I have had this problem for a day now, and no matter what I do, even create a new game save I just cannot do any post upgrades. I think I have the money and I ranked up to "unlock" these new upgrades and I've went all over google. Is my game broken or am I just missing a core component of game play that allows me to upgrade, or am I just dumb. I would greatly appreciate the help.

same problem for me today, can't uppgrade anything in my post, im on day 24....

Edit: found out there are arrows on the sides on the uppgrades u can select between

As part of unifying systems across platforms, we’ve made a few changes to how the in-game computer works.

To upgrade your outpost or make purchases anything, you now need to click the arrow on the side of the screen.

It would be nice if those arrows were more obvious.

A problem with that is inconsistency, if you're buying a new thing (like a car, or a guard), it shows the pricetag there where it used to be. But good to know now, was also lost on how to upgrade now.

Also next time a change of this type occurs, it would be advisable to list it on top of the patch notes, (I checked the patch notes, could be that I missed it?)

Nvm found it, but please be more specific on that, beyond the "changed how in game computer works"
