Interactable Cigarettes

I feel like if I can drink vodka, I should be able to smoke a cigarette.
Instead of it damaging my focus like Vodka, perhaps it could bring it up by a small value.
Smoking a cigarette as I watch the next car pull up would be pretty cool.

It makes cigarettes have more of a value than just the purpose of reselling at a higher price.

You could even make it so that you can turn cigarette contraband into like 6 packs of cigarettes, although maybe just not be able to sell them because I could see that breaking the economy.
They are contraband at that point after all, so it could just be considered "contraband" cigarettes or something that you can't sell.

I'd love to see this addition; keep up the great work devs!

I asked about it couple months back, the answer was:

"We would have to re-apply for the age rating ;)"

With such changes, you usually have to do the whole age-rating process again. Even if we already have M-rated game.

That's sounds inconsistent to me! I mean, we already can drink a vodka (I think it wasn't re-applies rating there), but devs need to re-apply rating for smoke cigarettes?
Kinda weird system in here.
