Textures low quality despite playing on max settings?

Anyone else experiences this? Cars, interiors of cars, icons on hud. All low quality, pixelated.

I even noticed that if I am far away from the cars, they load max quality textures, but when I get closer they get degraded. Why?

What are your specs? The game might be forcing low quality textures if your system isn't able to handle it. Do you have an nVidia card? Is the nVidia GeForce Experience thingy forcing low graphics?

32 GB ram

is my gpu vram busted, or this game has some weird texture streaming? I dont use GeForce Experience.

There's a fair amount of jank in this game, so let's not rule that out, but looking at what you've listed the only thing I can think that might be limiting you is your i5. Not to say it's a bad processor, necessarily, but it's not quite on the same level as your 4060ti.

That being said, I feel like you really should be able to run this with those specs. This game isn't particularly demanding. I don't have a definitive answer for you.
