David vs. Goliath event time?

Hi there!

I am currently doing the last achievements, but the D vs. G achievement confuses me a bit. I only uses the Micros 26D (upgraded). Im on day 61 ish, so I dunno if I missed the day the ilich 57 escaped.

there is no limited time for it its random you need to wait till a truck trys to escaping

I think I got this one around day 45-50. I just kept playing as normal, trying for other achievements while keeping Ilich drivers in the back of my mind. Just keep playing, it might take a minute but it'll happen

I got it! I started a new save as I missed a few event specific achievements and got it on like day 27 i think.

like i saided its random when that happens like with the ,,patient 0" achivement

I got it on day 43 in inspector mode. Had the little rocket ready to go. Its random like everyone here has said but it will happen at some point.
My advice when you do get the chance to have a crack is to follow the truck for a bit as it will drive in a pattern around the map. Pick a T intersection, position the car along side the truck prior to the turn at about the doors and turn into the truck to force it to over-steer the corner. I had success with this near the cemetery T intersection as there is a rock you can force the truck into. Don't get out till the achievement pops.
Extra tip; if you are having a hard time getting into position, get close, switch the engine off (Press G), quickly pull the pistol out and shoot a tyre or 2. If the tyre doesn't pop it has contraband in it.

When I met one Ilich driver ready to escape, I already have my post fully upgraded
The truck didn't have a chance to break free from my post guards firepower
It always exploded at the first road junction
I have to move myself to block the fire line of one of the guard so the truck can finally left with black smoke instead of a fireball
And it took multiple try to finally chased and made the truck stop, because any heavy ram on the truck will cause it to explode again

It's set to slot 1 but you can easily change it. Backup your original save game before using mine.
