Can you verify wanted criminals before arresting them?

I've had a persistent issue of people showing up who look *almost* like the wanted photo of the day, but not quite. Then I arrest them in error, disrupting their lives and costing me funds. Is there any mechanism to check whether a person is an exact match to the wanted photo (a la comparing documents in the folio) before you break out the friendship bracelets?

Hello! Did you do something about this? I just bought the game and it's pretty hard to figure out the wanted guy sometimes because there are more people looking alike and some don't even have anything wrong on their papers or car
