Runaways - Kill asap or chase?

Any advantage of letting the fugitive runaway and do a car chase instead of killing them asap?

well when you kill him asap you cant have him as prisoner and get money later

I got my answer in inspector mode, you get labeled as murderer if you did it there.
Campaign was still green if you kill a runaway

Although I didn't see if there was a penalty in money when I did that

strange i try that a few hours ago there was everything fine was getting a ,,criminal died" and dont get any money but dont get labeled as murderer =? on what person you try it

ye idk, it was weird. I just killed another attempted runaway and this time it didn't register me as a murderer, I wished I recorded the one where it said I was a murderer.

honestly you can always drive out with your car every day as AI in this game is as dumb as a bag of peanuts and will slam into it
just make sure that driver's side is not facing exit gate
