Prisoner transport
Hey guys! I have just reached rank 3 and it says that I can order prisoner transport. Where can I order this transport? I cant seem to find anyone that has that option.

you have in your office a telefone when you press E at it 2 option opens :

1. get vlad to the boarder
2. request a prisoner/contraband transport
