Step by step how to accept a bribe and arrest the smuggler anyway

usually after taking a bribe the smuggler will take off. however, with these steps you can prevent that, basically getting the bribe as bonus money without missing out on the arrest and the contraband

in short:
- don't take the papers
- don't make the smuggler step out of the vehicle
- don't unload any cargo
- find some contraband
- smuggler will offer the bribe through the window
- get into the car, sit on the passenger seat and grab the bribe from there
- wait a second or two, the smuggler will get out of the vehicle. you can now arrest him and continue searching for contraband.

details:
- taking the papers and following the method results in broken UI and you gotta restart the game. you will approve the papers in the moment you take the bribe, but the driver will step out of the car. you won't be able to look at any more papers.
- if you accept a bribe while the smuggler is outside of the vehicle he will get back inside and take off. you won't be able to get into the vehicle yourself anymore.
- if any cargo is unloaded in the moment you take the bribe, it will automatically get loaded and your cargo clipboard will be disabled until the next vehicle arrives, so you can't search the cargo for contraband anymore, missing out on cash
- in one of the trucks you have to sit on the engine bay and smash a small window in order to reach the bribe. you won't be charged for the damage though, so just go ahead. there's no disadvantage. be careful to not hit the smuggler. once you took the bribe, you have to immideately move back to the passenger seat, or the driver won't get out of the car and will instead take off with you inside
- some smugglers will take off as soon as you find a single piece of contraband. for those few, I restart the day and immideately arrest them to skip the chase.
