Restocking tools

Had fun doing border things then i saw you need to restock your tools coz they get damaged... you lost me there. Would rather unlock them for a bigger price then drive to Vlads every day, same with the prisoners. Its boring and it feels like im roleplaying a second job.

you can pay for tool delivery and prisoner pick up as you level up

You can literally just buy the knifes, crowbars and axes in bulk since those are really the only tools you'll have to use and you'll never have to drive back to vlads ever again. If you're driving to vlads EVERY DAY to restock your tools, you're definitely doing something wrong. Upgrade your prison and get the large vehicle and you won't have to transport prisoners or contraband as often because of the high storage capacity and prisoner capacity. Your issues with the game are literally 5% of the game, if they're giving you that much of a problem then it sounds like you need to rethink how you approach this stuff

You may want to keep 1 of the other odd tools. I had 1 stop that required a shovel.

If you increased your inspector rank, you would’ve realised you can call Vlad and the Police to come to you instead of you coming to them
