Can't get contraband from wheel

As title says..i tried every tool you can see in my inventory to cut open this wheel for contraband, but it is impossible. Any ideas?

Yeah me too.... Ihad all 4 wheels with contraband and couldnt get it out. Defo Bug

I just found that thread with alot of people having same problem exist, but not screenshot included so i hope it helps...like 50+ people wrote its bug..so we have to wait for fix i guess.

Same, couldn't pop the wheel on the micro car. Just kept hitting metal. Same as fabric on front trunk, had a Snake symbol after removing luggage but idk how you get to the contraband.

I've had this too, the way I finally managed it was to move right next to the car door and then face the wheel, then crouch and hit from there. I found that getting as close as possible to the car seems to work for some reason - but even then it was pretty flaky and had to try multiple times, aiming at various parts on the wheel. Seems somewhat counterintuitive since you'd think you'd hit the car's body from that angle.

They should really fix this asap, it's pretty annoying. And I'm not confident the trick above will work on all dodgy tires like this, and even so I still waste a fair bit of tool endurance trying to get that sweet spot.
