Smuggler's age in tutorial is incorrect.

I am at 2nd day of tutorial looking for smugglers.

I look at the board and it says one of the smuggler is 43 years old, there goes last vehicle and I check his age very carefully and it clearly shows he's 44 and not 43 so I give him the pass.

-250$ Smuggler has escaped.

Did I read the description paper on board incorrectly or is this actualy typo bug ?

So I realised I can just click on Date of birth and actual date to show me the age of that person.

And for some reason it shows me the age is 43, which is incorrect.
The person is born 1937 and the year is 1981 which makes him 44 years old.

Pls fix.

You can be 43 or 44 in this case, depends when you are born (Day/Month).

Right now I am 53, in May I will be 54 and the Year is still 2023.

Birth month and day is important too

I understand some cultures don’t consider the birth month and day, but technically a person born in 12th January 1944 is not the same age as a person born in 1st January 1944, for example

very carefully ... does this mean that you checked it with the match option aswell?
because, like peoples said here took you probably not the birth month into account.

tiny mistakes like that can slip easily through. for example, if you dont pay attention to the year of the dates, not paying attention to that could get you easily an expire date mistake.

there are aswell sometimes really picky name and surname differences, sometimes even the other way around aka chiro weiss but the passport says weiss chiro etc. i mean, if you check stuff "carefully" is that for sure no problem for you ... but eh ... if you fail already in the totorial ... will you have a really hard time in late game where the game gets torwards minor details but then again ... you check carefully ... right? xD
