Comparing photos to faces?

Is there a way to compare the photos on IDs to the person's face? If not, does the person's face have to be exactly the same as the photo, or do things like facial hair count as a 'different person'?

I've been doing it EXACTLY like the photo, no discrepancies in haircuts, beards, mustaches, glasses, etc AT ALL and I've gotten it right every single time.

In real life, yes, that would be that guy. I'm looking at one that's the same now, everything is the exact same except he only has a mustache in the picture, where in the car he's grown a beard. That's why I'm here, to see if differences in hair make a difference in if it's them or not.

So other people are saying it has to be 100% the same, even in facial hair. Are you claiming that you do it the other way, counting the picture correct even if it has different facial hair (like we would in real life) and you're getting it marked as you doing it correctly?

I got to say, when I click not correct on the photo because of a slight difference in facial hair, I'm getting the full "perfect" inspection. I haven't tried it the way you're doing it. Or were you just making a point that it would be the same guy in real life?

I personally found it kinda weird that people have to look exactly the same, clothes included, or else it's wrong.

I have a situation where the guy is old in the vehicle compared to a younger looking guy with the same beard but in person its white now.

As a #3 on Challenge Leaderboard myself, I'm telling you - the best way to tell if you've got the right person is to look at their Neck - their collar of whatever they are wearing. THAT part is going to be the clear giveaway of whether the person is correct or not

I had a case where the photo matched almost EXACTLY and the person arrested was the wrong guy
