if its not fooling you for the tire it might be a bug or a crowbar/axe to the wheel.

have u looked in the instruction manual for the same symbol on the hubcap?

other people have posted that there is a bug with that car model. might be that, it does seem like ur hitting the fender or what its called, but i think the best thin to do is tell the assistant just to clean the car away

Most definitely a bug, its only with this car. You end up hitting the hubcap, or the ground, or the actual car above the wheel, not the rubber itself. I tested this by resetting the day multiple times and breaking several weapons trying to do it

This is a bug I posted about today. I don't recall having it pre-patch.

I use pitchforks on tires and they work fine. Those tires are hard to hit with swinging weapons/tools.

Tried the pitchfork, doesn't work. I think it's bugged. Going to wait to see if it gets fixed before proceeding with the game. :(
