UV Light

Great game, but I would like to suggest some change be made to the UV light. I stopped even looking at the smuggler hints on the bulletin board, as I can simply scan all tires/bumpers/interiors with my UV light. Maybe make it have a battery charge which regenerates over time, or perhaps you can only use it on a certain number of vehicles a day so you must pick and choose more carefully? Not trying to make the game less fun, but the UV light is extremely strong.
