Says 4 goats but only has three

I can't figure out what I am suppose to check or click to note this discrepancy. I've tried both left and right clicking on everything that says 'goat' but nothing seems to work then I get a failed inspection.

you checking with that notes you have if the frightpapers the driver have have the same amount if not you need to send him back with the reason that he have not correct frightpapers

you need to notice that on the inspection report too ^^ the same way when the name and the other stuff is wrong
