Wheel Hubcaps

What do I need to remove the hubcaps off the wheels?

I tried the crowbar, pitchfork, axe, pistol and shotgun, but none of them made a dent.

Thanks man. I was confused since the mark was on the hubcaps.

i was trying to slash the tires myself but ive just lost 2 weapons because the tires wouldnt pop

yeah the hitbox is sometimes really small ^^
