tutorial too much cargo

So I get my first cargo check, he has too much stuff but I cant seem to do anything about it, no amount of clicking or comparing, do I just refuse him entry or do I need to do something ?

refusing entry is the only correct option if the papers dont correspond with the cargo, there should be a small note that says something along the lines "any discrepancies [...] [lead to] refusal of entry", its not exactly whats written but thats how it works either everything is correct and he can pass or not

Yes but HOW do you pass the audit if you can't tell them the manifest is wrong? That's the problem
Figured it out. There is the manual selection tab right above the handbook for each vehicle. Open that up and you can pick cargo.

There is an entry in the checklist that gets checked -something like "Cargo Manifest" it's the last on the list at that point.

Thanks for replies, I eventually just denied him entry and failed the check, I should have opened the checklist in the upper right and checked off the cargo discrepancy box THEN denied entry.
I failed a few more things so have restarted instead with new knowledge :)
