Unable to remove contraband from rims

Currently I am facing an issue, where on a Fiat Polski (Micros 26D), 2 wheel rims have a snake logo on them, however I am unable to smash or cut them with any tools. I tried every type of tool, but none of them did anything on them.
Also, I am unable to cut open the tire itself on those 2 wheels that have contrabanded rims on them.

Any ideas as to how to get that contraband?

Would appreciate a quick help, I am in the situation right now... xD

Also having issues with this and unable to extract the contraband from the tires. Happened with a small green car. Not matter what tool I hit it with there was no health bar https://i.imgur.com/6ux6k30.jpeg

Same issue here. It's April 29, 1981 right after I had the "mysterious murder quest". Front right & left and also back left tire have the contraband symbol. I used all possible weapons on the Micro 26d tires, nothing worked. Funny side note: my guy tried to escape while I had trouble knifing the tires, I one-tapped him while he was in the driver seat.

Have the same problem, and I blew up car and get bug that policeman cant clear area and I cant ask for next driver

I also notice one same with Fiat type car, when car have tire snake but because, car was low profile car, i can't even hit tire with army a knive get loot there. I could broken best tool/knive first before, i can't even broken one a tire so, i skip this car loot. x3

the hitbox for the cars front bonnet is too large for this specific car, the devs are aware and its on their current to do list for the next patch

It isn't specifically a front wheel problem, back wheels also unbreakable for the Fiat.
