how to repair the car?
My car is so broken one bump and it explode how can i repair it or need i buy a new one?

I bought the new one but it says I have to clear the old one. how do I clear the old one so I can switch to a new one?

Figured it out. Talk to the officer next to the spawnpoint infront of the garage
