I decided to jump on the boxes and I jumped off a box and between the barbed wire and the boxes I can't get out is there something special I can do to stop being stuck

I also got stuck in the labor camp inside the room with the orange generator thing and the barrels

Me too but i cant restart day because the game save the day in this stuck spot and i would have to replay the whole game all over again
