In what country (real one) is this game inspired of? Judging by the guns, language and location (Karikatka) is somewhere in Russia (Kamchatka Krai).
Acaristan sounds like Afghanistan.

Various places, really. The team was just inspired by different locations, so there's not a specific one that you will see irl and recognize from the game :)

What is the language spoken in the game? I had one semester of russian in university some years ago and I do recognise some bits and pieces here and there, but some parts also sound different I feel like.

By the way, great job you guys on the synchronisation of the mouths with the sounds being spoken. This game has one of the best speaking animations out there IMHO.

i think it's a mix of slavic languages

i personally think acaristan is ussr, erkei is norway(had border with ussr and a monarchy), united rali is iran, al'barakh is afghanistan/pakistan, and kagastam idk
