Can't see ROE in Garena

My friend makes a Garena account changes the Region to Thailand but he still can't see the game, any help with this one.

Are you serious? So after next patch US players are basically screwed? There is no way I am paying a monthly sub for a VPN just to play this nor even a "free" VPN that data mines your connection.

Why would they promote the game to major US streamers like Lirik and Grimmz and then cut off the US playerbase? That is daft.

Well it seems like they put a IP block on the game on Garena recently because i was playing it just fine. That sucks. guess we gotta wait for the steam release.

I got it to work this way.

1. Added "-toggleapp 32838" to the shortcut for the Garena Launcher, this goes right to the game page and it allows you to download it without using a VPN and the hit it takes to your download speed.

2. Only step that needed a VPN was this one, used something like VPNPro (was free) to initally connect to the game for the first time.

3. After you launch the game for the first time using a Thai IP and create a bat file for the english version the game should work like normal without a VPN. The batch file loads right into the game without accessing the launcher.

I did this as of 4/21 and have had no issues playing. I dunno how updates work but if the launcher won't do it through the toggleapp shortcut you will just need to use the VPN and endure the slow update speeds.
