are MOUSE macros cheating?

I was in a team with two players with F0rce prefix, f0rce.Grimi and f0rce.Fabio.
I got killed at the start of the match so I watch them play because the were killing everyone.

They used M14 and G36 assault rifles with 4x scope and I noticed their weapons had no recoil, especially horizontal recoil (drift).
I said to them I suspect they are cheating by using mouse macros and they said mouse macros are not cheating and mouse macros are made to be used for games like it's someting normal.

I mean f0rce.Fabio kills two players standing close to each other at the range were it would be hard to quickly put many hits with DMR but he does it with G36 + 4x scope in full AUTO, no recoil noticable even at that range with scope.

My PC is too weak to play and record.

So my question is are those guys right and mouse macros are not cheating?

anything 3rd party that gives you an advantage, is cheating

There are a lot of Using Macros for anything, top clans too, its just super Hard too detect it for the Game Instance, because theoretically Hotkeys like Teamspeak Muting are also some.
And there is an way to detect it but it needs to be a Mix from Scanning and AI.

In the End its like u will always have some Player they using Any Kind of Third Party Software, yeah its unfair but u will allways have some Poor Kids with no Skill, and soon or sooner Karma ♥♥♥♥♥ everyone.

But its not easy like that, there are soo many ways to Use Third Partys Software for Unfair Advantage not only for stuff like Aimbot or No Recoil Macro.
Even some screens have Build in Shooter Helpers, thats all kinda Unfair , even an Mouse with different DPI for Horizontal and Vertically Switches are.

U can abuse everything, but u cant detect all in the End.

And in the End its just an "Dead" Game with Mobile like Graphics, and u will always have some poor Players with no Skill that find different Ways to get unfair advantage.

And i didnt speak from Guys like Avra(Schwanz) or Amphii they got both just insane Game Knowledge., and thousands of Roe Hours and play like Everyday 24/7 , and u can see their Aim on Games like Tarkov.

In the End i just can say dont get too much toxic , its just an Game
Where some Noodles wasted too much Time in.
