Game shuts down the pc

Hi,
My Friend has the Problem that his Computer just shut down when he is playing RoE..
His Spec´s are more then enough for this game..
And he update all specs he can.

If the PC is shutting down that is a hardware issue.

shuts down and stays powered off, or shuts down and comes right back up?
if it is reboots, down and back, it is most likely the PSU or the GPU. post his specs esp the PSU make and model.
if its a shutdown and it stays off its most likely an overheating issue

i asked him, he will answer me soon.. but why is it that he has such problems only in RoE?

Got an RTX 2080 Ti, i7 8700k and rest similar on a level. It shuts down my pc aswell sometimes :(

differing GPU's are hungry. mine for instance eats 250W HD7950. overclocked it can eat over 400W
