Incompatibility with 64-bit windows (fixed)

I downloaded the game, my friend and I were hype to play it, he launches it fine then I get a pop-up saying that it cannot start or run due to incompatibility with 64-bit versions of Windows. And to please contact the software vendor to ask if a 64-bit Windows compatible version is available. What can I do to fix this?

I just had to reinstall idk what happened but it works now!

Are you sure you're posting on the good game discussions section?

This game is compatible in both 32 and 64 bit OS.

I feel like maybe the .exe is in compatibility mode in the properties. Maybe try to uninstall and reinstall the game?
