Message about the "D3D init failed" error on game start

Dear players,

If you get an error related to "D3D init failed" when starting the game, please try the following methods:
1. Update your graphics card driver to the latest version (visit NVIDIA/AMD's official drivers website, query and download the driver according to your graphics card model).
2. If method 1 doesn't solve the problem, it's usually because you're using Fullscreen mode in-game, and your desktop resolution is not supported by your graphics card (For example, Windows DPI zoom will cause these problems). We recommend changing to a common desktop resolution, or change the game client’s DPI settings (described below) before starting the game to solve this issue.

DPI setting changing instructions:
First, locate the game directory "X:\Steam\steamapps\common\Ring of Elysium"
You can also visit your Steam library, choose Ring of Elysium and right click on it, go to “Properties” > “Local Files” > “Browse Local Files...”.

For Windows 10 (latest versions) users:
Right click on “Europa_Client.exe” in your game directory, go to “Properties” > “Compatibility”, then click on “Change high DPI settings”, check “Override high DPI scaling behavior”, select “Application” in the drop down menu, and click Apply.
(Please note that in some older versions of Windows 10, you may find the “Override high DPI scaling behavior” checkbox and drop down menu directly under the “Compatibility” tab.)

For Windows 7 and Windows 8 (including some older versions of Windows 10) users:
Right click on “Europa_Client.exe” in your game directory, go to “Properties” > “Compatibility”, check “Disable display scaling on high DPI settings”, and click Apply.

Lastly, this issue is already in the process of being fixed and we will provide updates very soon. After the update, the game will no longer require any changes from your usual Windows using habits. We apologize any inconvenience caused.

Are you guys using 2 monitors? I also had this problem so i reinstalled windows and it worked for 1 day. The next day i had this problem again so i thought the reason could be that im using 2 monitors. After i unplugged/disabled it, fixed the problem for me
