Game was advertised as VR product, did it change?

So this looks like it could be a lot of fun...and in a very similar kind of style and humour to the excellent NOLF games in 2000. Looking good already.

turning by a certain amount of degree each time is just annoying, that and you have to fully release the analog stick every time you want to turn for some reason

So I just discovered this I played the newest level already and finished it completely. However, I tried replaying it looking for the hidden collectible and the game will not progress beyond the initial interaction with the bar tender. He would say his initial line, "What will it be?" then no more vocal interaction. Thinking it's an audio bug I went to the grate and proceeded with the mission. Which it allowed me to do. All the way up to returning the hacker to the bartender then I just see an arrow i...
