It's best if you don't ask repeatedly (I see you asked in November, too). Unless the modding community has changed from what I knew of them, that pretty much guarantees nobody will do it.
If you haven't learned how to make things like this yourself, and don't have money to throw around to commission someone to do it, it's really just a matter of waiting to see if someone else will. There are/were some NZ railroad fans that made stuff, but if that "arrival in NZ in Oct 2024" bit indicates they didn't exist before that, the stuff I'm thinking of predates these.
