Like, not a spoiler, since it is just one of the planets in the game: you can see the twin planets exchanging sand, and what you see on the map matches perfectly what you see irl.
The scale is just another element of the "cartoonish" tone they want to represent, like spaceships made of wood, trees on planets without an atomosphere or a translator that works with reels of magnetic tape. Is just a beautiful and naive space tale.
Little things, like everytime you wake up, the blue comment thing that either crashes into or explodes out of that space station….it goes somewhere different every time.
It doesn't really add anything story wise, but if your fast you can totally chase down and examine that up close. I was bummed there was no lore aside from "nice, I saw it up close" First time it took 22 time loops before I was able to land on the station you speak of, mastering the spacecraft's flight mechanics is key. Wonder which we will see first, Mass embracification of hydrogen fuel cell cars, fk up free seasons 2 & 3 of Three Body problem on netflix sometime before the yer 32,025 or we get a space game with controls, lore, and level of detail like Outer Wilds here.
