I am so lost [SPOILERS]

Hello,
I am about 10 hours into the game, visited all planets except the quantum moon, completed most the rumors that i knew how to do.

Now I am really really lost and i think i need some help. The only thing I had to look up so far was where exactly to get into the Interloper as I figured out what to do, just didnt know where to get in.

I have 3 solid leads as to where to go but i dont know how.
1. Quantum moon - I phase through it when i try to fly to it and i dont see how else i could get on that. I assume the tower of quantum knowledge on Brittle Hollow has something to do with it, but i dont know how to get up there as the broken path is too high up (maybe it goes into the black hole later on? Dunno, didnt notice is so far).
2. Dark bramble - Searching for the vessel as well as the escape pod. I did find one of the travelers there, but the anglerfish scare the jesus out of me. I did learn they are blind, but didnt manage to put that into use. Tried going slowly in and out of the ship past them but they always ate me anyway. So going to the red light is impossible in the bramble as there are so many anglerfish blocking my way.
3. Solar Station - I do see it, read entries about it, but each time i tried to get to it I just flew into the sun. Thought maybe the white hole station was the answer but that was a no go as well as it didnt seem possible to warp there from there despite the fact that I could clearly see the teleport platform on the solar station.

I am really frustrated and would really appreciate any and all clues as to what to do now. I do not want to spoil the game for myself but at this point i am feeling more and more desperate.

You missed one ;) it's not straight forward like most of the others.

Hint1 it's on the bridge, like the others, no need to look elsewhere
Hint2if you are not sure how to access some location, try using your drone to try and confirm this is the right place

Update #3: From what I can gather there is only one place left for me to go. That would be the Sun Station. Ive completed all the rumors on my ship log, or at least the ones I can see, the only question mark or place i havent completed is the twins project and the sun station.
Read some text about a safe way to travel there from the ash twin and something about plotting a shuttle route there. Im guessing I need to dig around more on Ash twin. Even though ive tried standing on each of the teleport plates as the sun was passing and none of them teleported me to the sun station. dunno if it needs to be a specific one at a sepcific time or something. sounds like I have all I need, now I just gotta figure out how the hell to apply it to get on that station.

Not sure what the other guy is hinting at, but yes to get to the Solar Station you did the right thing already. Looking up from the right teleport when the station is overhead, so maybe you had the timing wrong, try again!
As for which it is: The shapes of the towers should tell you enough

Update #4: figures that I wouldnt come to a conclusion that the sun shaped building teleports you to the sun. I am simply a dum-dum. Guess I was getting the timing wrong prior.

Seems I have all the pieces of the puzzle now. All the rumors are complete. The only thing left is the ash twin project.
I can only see 2 ways from here. Either there is a good warp core somewhere, so I can plug it into the vessel and try to punch in the eye's coordinates, but that seems farfetched as it is tangled in the bramble or try to find a way inside the ash twin.
Both seem like a really long shot from where I am, I definitely have all the pieces, I just dont see yet how they fit together I suppose.

Again you are on the right track. You've probably seen a strange place before where you haven't been yet.

Update #5: Hm, ive spent an hour or two now just going around on ash twin and knowing me Im missing something super obvious. I feel really dumb to be honest, theres no way most people have this much trouble with this right at the very end.

Ive tried waiting till all the sand disappears on Ash Twin and seeing if there is a crack in the shell as cracks in the shell were mentioned multiple times but no luck there, tried going into all the towers, exploring the rocks to see if theres a cave or something and yet that still got me nowhere.

Been staring at the ship log like an idiot trying to figure it out haha.
Theres only one more thing bugging me. The high energy lab on the Ember Twin. There are some wires, the rolling ball to seemingly power something and a little sealed off chamber as well as these square warp core thingies with white and black holes. I still have no idea what to do with those even after playing around with different spots and combinations there and that seems like the only thing coming to mind after all this.

The logs mentioned that any crack in the shell would compromise the whole project. From that, you can infer the shell must be completely solid. So you can't walk/fly inside. So how else do you get to something that can't be accessed through regular travel? The logs do tell you the trick to getting inside, once you find the right one.

You should be able to make something happen in the chamber with the right cores plugged in, some slots are more important than others. The logs there should explain what they were doing in the chamber if you find them all.

EDIT: If you want additional hints to get to the ash twin project, I think the best sources of info in game are the high energy lab, the black hole forge, and the mining site.

Also, if you're still having trouble figuring it out after realizing what you have to do, here's one last hint that should help push you over the tipping point: If you need to warp into the core of Ash Twin, which tower do you need to use, and at which point do you need to be standing on the platform? If you've been to the Black Hole Forge and read everything there, you should have a very important clue in your logs about their alignment. Also, don't stress yourself over it too much, this is genuinely the point where the most players find they need help. It's a very weird puzzle, but it's specifically designed to require you to know what you're doing beforehand, thereby making it less likely for a player to stumble into it accidentally. It sounds like you should have all the pieces. Now all you need to do is fit them together the right way!

Maybe the right time to warp to your destination it's the one time you'll naturally assume it is not

Haha, your guys hints are great. They seem to support a theory ive had for a day or 2. If im thinking correctly I can warp into ash twin by trying to teleport to ember twin when its eclipsed by ash twin. Now I just gotta figure out where I can teleport there from. maybe the white hole station will do

Yeah, im 99% sure thats what I have to do, I just dont remember what teleport is tuned to what location. Or maybe im wrong again and its some teleport from ash to ember and then back to ash bs.
