Everyone probably is already aware of the lowlands/marsh technique (it's already been mentioned in this thread), but not many are aware that you can do the same thing to the well if you wait long enough; the problem is you have to be quick to reap the rewards before you are reset on the loop. I don't recommend this, however, because knowledge gained from one of the other two areas can be utilized to trivialize the well infiltration. You have to dodge two Strangers, but with the new technique this will be anglerfish tier.
If you mean jumping diagonally down onto the stairs I don't think that's intended.
I was having an incredibly hard time with that area before I figured out Focus hides you. That was the first sentry area I attempted too, so not a good introduction to the lantern mechanics.
The problem with that solution is at the end of the area, you find the slide that tells you about walking away from the lamp. Without that information, you're not going to know about the invisible bridge that leads to the elevator, because there's no indication that it's there.
Simply blow out the lights in the lodge, wake yourself up, and then arrive at the lodge from another location (probably tower for time considerations) and take the lift up. Take the stairs down into the main room and make a beeline for the door. If you already know enough about how to blow out the lights in the lodge, then you'll be aware that you can likely sprint straight for the lift without worrying about falling into the water.
It is possible that you might run into the stranger patrolling down at the bottom of the lodge, but you can ignore him and go straight for the lift even if he notices you. I don't believe he will cross the bridge after you, not that I've ever stopped to check.
So much for "stealth."
You don't need to know about that particular bridge. Before I was aware of matrix mode, I simply used the rafts and came to the lodge from the tower (then again, I had brute forced that section previously and my loathing for the Strangers likely stems from that experience). I figure that's the "canon" way to clear that area.
