Wasn't Witcher 3 usually in the high 90's with ultra on everything with no matter what rig you had ?
But that is not what we experience here. Right now its like a memory leak but for cpu cycles. You start playing, everything is fine, then over time load goes up until it reaches 100%, no matter the location or what seems to happen on screen (even hordes of rats dont seems cpu intensive if you just restarted the game). You can be at 100%, restart the game, reload the exact same location and your cpu load is now low.
There is clearly something wrong and a fix needed from devs.
