Game won't start
Hello, I really need help about technical issue.
After I installed the game and I clicked play button, game just won't start.
Right after I clicked the play button, aplaguetale~~~.exe process did appear in window task manager, but then disappearing itself instantly and nothing happens.
My PC does not freeze or show any abnormality during this process somehow.

I already installed latest GPU driver, latest DirectX, reinstalled the game,
did integrity check(it says everything is OK), did everything I could.(possibly?)
I also tried shut down my vaccine during start. Same result.

Please help me. I really want to play this game but if problem not solved, I have to refund
My PC is Win7 64bit, GTX1060 6GB i5-3570, 16gb RAM

Please install Platform Update for Windows 7 64-bit:

1. Click https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=36805
2. Download and open the Windows6.1-KB2670838-x64.msu file.

Hi! Same here but I'm on Windows 10.

Thank you... me!
I have just figured it out. If I went to my "\Steam\steamapps\common\A Plague Tale Innocence" folder, and tried to launch the game from APlagueTaleInnocence_x64.exe file, I got an error message that one of Microsoft Visual C++ libraries was missing. The file VCOMP140.DLL to be more specific.
So I found somewhere on the net, that this file is a part of Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015.
You can download it from https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/download/details.aspx?id=48145.
Before you can install it you will probably need to uninstall the previous version. The one which starts from number 14 and some other numbers follow. You can do it from the Programs and Features in your Control Panel.
