Will there be an easy mode?

i've played games like this before, and usually cant play because is too difficult . So is this a hard core game for experienced RPG players? Or will it be more of a casual simulation story game?

Game has difficulty settings, as far as I know.

I've just completed the game and there is no difficulty to choose. They could add that at a later date maybe?

There is some element of challenge such as stealth, but I wouldn't say it's hardcore and I found it pretty easy.
