Cannot start the game

When I open the game, I have three options:
1) Play Two Worlds II
2) Two Worlds II DirectX 10
3) Two Worlds II 3D
but none of them works. It says that i miss PhysXLoader.dll but i reinstalled it a couple of times and still doesn't work.

I have an ATI HD4800 graphics card in one of my pc's and ran into this same issue. Simply logging in to nvidia and downloading and installing the physx only driver solved the problem.
Just go to www.nvidia.com and search for physx and it will take you to the driver software download and install the latest version, shutdown restart the PC and then run the game.

I ran the game in Windows XP SP3 compatibility mode and it works fine now

Nevermind, got it to work. Google, as usual, is our friend, but in case you don't want to dig through a bunch of bad links I'll try and tell you guys how I fixed it.

1) Go here: Computer > C: > Program Files (x86) (or x64 or w/e you have) > NVIDIA Corporation > PhysX > Common
2) Copy all the files in this folder. Notice that you already have the file the game can't find.
3) Paste them here: Computer > C: > Windows > system
4) Relaunch and hopefully you're good to go!

download the legacy nvidia physx drivers off their site

Or you can just uninstall PhysX and reinstall the driver, there, fixed.

Try starting STEAM client in Administrator mode. I am using Windows 7 with ATI card.
