Tricky Timmy bug, anyone know NPC ID?

So I've ran in to the known bug where Timothy won't spawn for the quests in the marketplace (near the umbrella quest location). The problem is that common fix for this seems to be to reload before accepting quest and try again, but I've spent about 12 minutes running around trying to find him on my own before going on the interwebz and finding out about the glitch, so all my autosaves and quicksave are already after the quest start.

I've tried spawning in the book with the CREATE command, but game does not allow me to speak with David without finishing tricky Timmy quest, even if I already have the book.

I also know that you can spawn in NPC's using their code (like NPC_8 for a nice big monster in the middle of town) but I can't find the code for Timothy anywhere, anyone got any info on that?

I'm having the same problem.

I restored an earlier save, was able to finish the quest...very buggy quest tho.
