I'll tell you a secret...

In Cheznaddar you'll find many beggars. They surely seem "useless", but click on them, they'll take from you a single coin of gold. Nothing will happen and yes, you'll lose 1 gold.

BUT.

Continue to give them 1 gold, many times... usually after 8-10-12 times they'll stand up and become a shop, selling RARE things like lvl 5-6 stones or powerful potions.
I've found 4 beggars in the city, do this job with everyone of them and you'll have the possibility to get such good items in no time.
Return after a day (ingame) to reset them in the sit position.

Trust me, i'm not telling BS :)

Another tip:When you get a sailing boat it pays to visit even the smallest sand island.I remember finding surprisingly trapped doors that led to underground installations with good loot.

Yes, I've found that isle too, you can find it going North from the isle of Eollas (the Japanese themed one, with New Ashos inside of it). You can easily recognize that small isle because there are ruins upon it (some kind of columns and a bridge between them).

The room under the ground is full of potions :P
