if you already have base game and Pirates DLC - you have full game to complete, then when you will finish base game you can create new game and play Pirates DLC (small campaign).
At any time you can login into multiplayer and build your village (Village mode) or try adventure mode.
If you liked what's offered by the game there's couple of recent DLCs (Call of the Tenebrae and Shattered Embrace). ATM you have complete package for base game, there are no other DLCs to add for base game.

so really no DLC makes the game bigger or add more monsters etc.?
i mean for example like the dawnguard and dragonborn DLC for skyrim.
and can is ask what you mean with "base game", "village mode" and "adventure mode".
im a bit confused.

base game - Two worlds 2 - as long as none of DLCs adds extra content to it you can consider it as full base game for campaign mode (that's what you would want to play first). Pirates DLC adds extra campaign for high level character (hence you might want to play it after the main campaign)
these are single player content. each DLC ads own campaign in new area, adds items but it's limited to the DLC you're playing, it won't add the same to base game. Like in Pirates DLC you have crossbow and killed monsters spawn as ghosts (like in TW 1) while in main campaign killed monsters won't respawn as a ghost with this DLC installed.

Village mode and Adventure mode are modes from Multiplayer. If you're new you can start with these to create up to 5 different characters (male, female, different races and skills). There's also challenging modes like duel, death match and others, suited for more seasoned players. Village allows you to play small sandbox where you manage your own village, build structures and get money. Fun for couple of days. Adventure mod allows you to earn your first 10000 required for Village. There's not much of a content in Multiplayer because it's not an MMO.

thanks for the answer.
sounds kinda weird to me that the DLC's dont fuse with the main game.
its infact the first time i hear that a game even does that.
thats odd.
imagine borderlands DLC's but all of them are new games..............
it also ruins the purpose of an rpg.
what fun is it to always make a new character instead of playing ONE character through the whole game.

at this point i dont think i will even try the game :(

anyways, thx for the info/help.

you're comparing shallow triple A games with complete old school game. back in times games had no addons because developers sold whole package in base game. In thins game you will find more armor, weapon, alchemy potions than in most RPGs. It does not need additional content to be enjoyable, there's too much content in base game already. I can see why developers decided to add additional quest lines through DLCs, it makes sense to experience different setting with additional items.
I don't know about 2 latest DLCs but with Pirates DLC you can play it with your old character (if you completed main campaign) or you can create new lvl 42 character (game will give you variety of weapons, materials, potions, armor at the beginning).

It is weird, but I think they do it to make it less messy for patching....when compared to the first game, the second is a little less open and keep the dlcs separate from the base game so they don’t have to worry about how to put it in the base campaign.

you can always import your save and keep all the stuff you gathered in oher DLCs so it's kind of a progression :P

The Multiplayer "adventure maps" can be played "solo" - just set a password on the game instance you create and nobody can join that way... This means the Multiplayer DLC maps (Echoes of a Dark Past 1 & 2) essentially also "add content" in that there are new maps, new boss fights etc. for your Multiplayer characters to do.
