Most Monstrous Mind - Game Breaking Bug?

Hi,

I'm currently stuck in Act II on the main story quest Most Monstrous Mind. I thought the female NPC's story didn't add up so she ended up killing herself. I was then directed to speak to the professor Rhodeues in his office but the door is locked. Is the main quest for this game seriously broken? They had time to add in a microtransction store, create two expansions yet not enough time to fix the main quest? Complete ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. I seriously hope there is a fix for this or I've just missed something because I've put 20 hours into this.

1. SAY TO YOURSELF "there is no microtransaction store" It was left over from the port from donsoles. if you click on the marketplace tab you will see there is actually NOTHING for sale.

2. Quests in this game are not broken persay but if you don't do them right they are not finished.

3. Some quests like the one you are on have different results depending on what you do. One result I remember is that the female will kill herself.

4. This should not keep you from finishing the game but you won't get credit for this quest.

The best way to play this game is to put in a save when you start a quest. This makes playing with severak quest active a little difficult but it can be done.

This is a main story quest that cannot progress. How is this not broken? I cannot progress.

Are you reffering to the student who dies? I seem to remember that in one of my first games long ago that it was the student who died and the story just went on. The Rustlers RUN IS A QUEST THAT i NEVER HAVE BEEN ABLE TO COMPLEATE. I sent an email to the developers before steam and they sent me the cheat code to solve it. Unfirtunely I had a HD melt down and that email which was in my archive file in my email cliewnt was not recovered.
This play through I did NOT have that cheat code and the dev's would not give it to me. The only mainline quests that will break the game are the Tower of fangs quest. eACH BOOK HAS A BOSS QUEST QUEST WHICH MUST BE SOLVED BEFORE YOU CAN ADVANCE AND THE DIEING STUDENT IS not SUCH A QUEST.

ec.setattribute llvl 0

Outside rhodeus door and it will unlock, worked for me.

Just curious. Will I be able to get achievments? In a lot of casses when you activate the cheats it disables achievs.
