Did they stop using AMD TressFX???
Did they stop using AMD TressFX? Because I am watching videos of this Tomb Raider and in every video the hair never moves like it did in the other two games. Sure, the hair "looks" good, but the hair is stiff looking, does not move and is always in a clump.

I'm not hating on the game, I own the other two games and have finished both of them, I loved them. That's why I noticed ther hair. The hair with TressFX looks bloody fantastic in the other two games, so why would they stop using it here?

The tech they used in the other two games is literally not in this game? What the heck is going on?

Source? I never heard of this happening.

If this is true, then ♥♥♥♥ Nvidia!!! They've made the game look worse, just to put in their inferior tech! Also that horrible raytracing that no one will even be able to use within the next 5 years!

When TressFX first came out nvidia hardware couldn't handle due to lack of compute power.

Purehair is a modified version of AMD's TressFX, just like in Rise of the Tomb Raider. If they were using Nvidia Hairworks it would be called Hairworks not Purehair.
