There is difference if your pc can handle more than 60 fps. If your game stays below 60 fps then there wont be any difference between 60hz and 144hz, but if your game runs over 60 fps then there is difference.

you are the one not understanding that theres a big difference between them, judging by your words you have never even played a game on a 144 monitor.
but o well you are from russia so problably cant even afford a better monitor.
that makes no sense at all, go play for a week on a 144hz monitor and then try to get back to 60hz, it will feel like a slideshow that gives you a headache during long play.
