Sound issues with bluetooth headset
While using bluetooth headphones (or ear buds) on my PC the sound does not play when I can control Laura. Also cut scenes are silent. The menus and loading screens have sound (music) but in game play goes silent. I can attach a sound bar which allows all of the sounds to come through but I can't use that due to disturbing others in my house. Anybody else run into this issue?

same issue. Any solutions?
I can't seem to login to the Square Enix Forum (Get a 500 server error) but the issue needs to be posted there as well.

Is your bluetooth headset connected to your sound device or is it connected directly to Windows. Check Sound in Control Panel and see what settings you have there. Perhaps you coudl enable Windows Sonic surround for headphones.
I tried with Windows Sonic and also Dolby Atmos. Neither allowed me to hear during actual game play. I *think* the headphones are connected directly to Windows

I finally discovered how to fix my issue. Right click the tray icon for sound and select the "sounds" option. Under the Playback tab I could see two of the headphones listed. One shows "headset" and the other "headphones" Both were showing connected. I disconnected the one marked as "HeadSet" and now I can hear the sounds correctly.

I have the same issue with my Audeze Mobius headphones.
If I use them connected with the USB cable, I have no problem.
But if I use the headphones in wireless mode, I have the problem reported in this thread.

In output device these devices:
Audeze Mobius 3D BT Stereo (this is selected as windows output device)
Audeze Mobius 3D BT Hands-Free AG Audio

And in input devices I have:
Audeze Mobius 3D BT Hands-Free AG Audio

By deactivating the input device, the in-game audio returns to work correctly.
If I turn off the other output device instead (Audeze Mobius 3D BT Hands-Free AG Audio), I don't get any results.

However, it is somewhat inconvenient to turn off the microphone, as I can often use it for work or other games.

Ideas?

This worked.
