Does anybody else have freak controller issues?

Hey Gang,

Using my XBOX One controller, every once in a while, it seems like my character will "dash" in a given direction as if I hit "A" with the direction. This is really annoying in big battles where every move can be very important. I had initially thought it was an issue with my controller but this is still the only game, out of dozens I use the controller with, that has these weird spurts. Luckily this was never an issue on Switch or even the iOS port so I'm assuming this was just a sloppy PC port issue.
