I failed saving Lance and noticed I didn't get the corresponding achievement for it.

I am also stuck trying to obtain Atsilvsgi's key. I went as far as tolook up a guide, to be sure I was on the right track for this puzzle, and I don't think I'm missing anything at the moment. There may be a bug involved with that as well.

edit: AND on a second playthrough to get the achievement for putting the small key in the clown (which also didn't activate), I played through rescuing Shirley again, and another achievement popped up that I didn't know I missed the first time. I did the same things, so it must not have registered.

Hello, I'd like to second what Quinn the Crusader wrote. Rescue Mission 4 - which I believe to be about saving Shirley - didn't unlock for me at all and I am 100% done with the game. Too bad, I don't have that save file anymore to try again.

I haven't fully checked Quinn the Crusader and Yan17's posts since I am still at the beginning of the game, but I also did not get the mentioned Lance achievement.
I believe its name is "Come Home Shorn".
I verified my files but will not be able to play until later today so I can't check if that fixed it.

Hello! I did verify my files. The achievement I am missing is called Rescue Mission 4. All of the other achievements worked without a problem for me.

EDIT: After trying again, it worked this time. The only thing I did differently was ignoring the happy ending flags and skipping the scenes. Maybe the verifying helped, thank you very much!

Actually, to get that Achievement you need to kill Kieth, so go back to the statue room and walk in front of one of them

I'll go in more detail when I get to PC to list the troubled ones, but I'll say my files were verified.

Oh, and as for the "Jack-in-the-Box" achievement, did you walk away after putting the small key in the clown? That's how it unlocked for me.

That's so weird, because when I did that I got the "Sacrificed Detective" achievement, not "Come Home Shorn".

And I'll try and make sure with Jack-in-the-box... EDIT: Aw, you're right. Either i didn't wak away far enough or it didn't happen the first time, but either way I have it now, whatever the case may be.

To clarify:

Disregard what I said about Jack-In-The-Box,
I had to play through twice to obtain Rescue Mission 4,
I hadn't obtained Come Home Shorn when attempting to rescue Lance for Rescue 1, but got a Game Over, if this is the corresponding achievement

EDIT: also disregard where I was asking if why I was stuck in gameplay was due to a bug. That was not the case.

It's funny, because I killed Boogie Man at the same time when he killed me, so I got Good Ending and after teleporting to bonus room I got game over. Because of it I was taken to main menu so I couldn't check what's inside bonus room. I think game should ignore game over in this situation.

Ok, I've played through a complete second time now, with the only achievement remaining not unlocked being Come Home Shorn, getting a game over while attempting to save Lance a good handful of times now.

My only puzzling state in calling this a bug was what bahamutprincess and oxencat wrote, where apparently they got Come Home Shorn apparently by doing what I did to get Sacrificed Detective?

While this was discussed earlier in the thread, I would just like confirmation on whether or not this is a bug or just me being incredibly dense. That lot got me confused.
