Report a translation problem
Oh, so technically I didn't miss anything. That's a relief. I was afraid I missed a DLC or a hidden quest in new game+. Funny how the characters acted as if us players physically went there in the game.
I hate it when games does this sh*t.

It was released separately from the game.
Xseed isn't exactly rich so I can understand why they didn't have it voiced.
The actual reason was that the audio drama CD was a separate license and they couldn't get that one.
Therefore, it would have been best for XSEED to have the English voice actors record a new drama CD by reading the script for it that they translated into English.
