Any hints for the following Jobs

[Lead Musket bullet]
What detector should i use because i used all of them and literally cleared the whole Gettysburg of any loot several times and haven't found a LEAD MUSKET BULLET in good condition once.

[Shield Boss]
Any hints to what detector i should use to find this item and exaclty where i can find it because i probably cleared the entire map 5 times now and haven't found it, and i'm really getting frustrated atm.

hi yeh same problem here cant find the musket bullet in good condition, or the shield boss
in ireland, and am using the top of the range detector the woy-tech k22-h3d very nice detector
tells you on the side what depth etc when you find something, but yeh gettysburg about 6 times now and ireland about 6 times still no luck, someone must know whats going on...one good thing is i dont have to go back to the office to change DETECTORS....

ye i also used that woy tech k22 H3D and no luck and Docter Jones told me this [Each time you go back to the office all the items are being randomly spread over the whole map. Go back and try again. We know you can make it!]

well i went back 3 times and still nothing so what are we supposed to do, i'm a perfectionist and now there are side jobs i cannot complete???

i think there working on the tech stuff first to get the game running good for everybody, then when there finshed with that they will help us out , but it doesnt hurt to ask......

i googled it is the round thing thats normally on the middle of a shield so around same size as brodie helm i think

so that means run around ireland with just the large detector might pick it up, save time finding small crap all the time, but i tryed that with just the large detector and come up empty about 3 times, mmmmmm

After accepting the job, I have looked for the musket ball in Gettysburg over 7 different times. Did not find the one in tolerable condition, or good condition. But I had both in my collection from before I accepted job. I sold both musket balls in inventory, then found the one in tolerable condition the very first time I went out after selling it.
I think if you have it in inventory (home collection) it may not spawn. I'm only guessing here, but that's what happened to me.
I'm using the small detector (looking for a small item, at a shallow depth)

ATM, I only have the small and medium detectors. I think if looking for a small object, then the small detector should be used, if a big object is desired then the large detector, and medium... well medium.
The musket ball, seems to spawn to the left side of the start point in the grassy area. I found it 3 times in that area, and only one of those times was it in good condition. It's spawn point may be random though.
I think this is what it's like in real life, when trying to find objects. One can keep going over the same area and find new stuff each time, and it's never really what ones looking for.
The legendaries should be tough though, otherwise they would have been found long ago.
I do not yet know the other jobs. I spent many, many attempts at the first time trial before finally making it with the timer in the very final second :D

Don't give up. If getting frustrated, do something else, and come back to it. Remember, there are still a few bugs they are working on, and once fixed, it may be less frustrating and more playable.

This is all I can give ATM. As I said, I too, am still learning.

I am having problems finding the muscket ball in gettysberg and the shield boss on irish coast also. I've been t both places 3-4 times with the best detector and I never find either. Has anyone found it?

still no luck with the muscket ball i finshed syria and found 2 ruined muscket balls there and didnt find the Gladius in syria, so went back to gettsberg and found a ruined one ,so changed detector
to the small one didnt find any muscket ball with that,so went back with the good detector and found only 1 ruined ball, and left 3 in my collection and went back again still only found one ruined one, so that makes 11 times i have been back to gettysberg, getting sick to death finding same treasure and crap on every map,really come on , like a metal door stop in the caves in norway
and syria really guys lol, we had to laugh ...lol...
to the devs thats a good coil you have on the best detector looks like my one 11inch double D coil works well in real life.....

Ok this is just stupid this is now the 13th time i went back to Gettysburg 13x $150 =$1950 spent on something that is supposed to be findable but its clearly not so please add a LEAD MUSKET BULLET [GOOD] condition into Gettysburg!!! This is just RIDICULOUS

And every musket ball i found was ruined
